The Isle of You

Where warn winds blow and sunrise breaks,

Amid the halcyon sea,

There lies an Isle of beauty bound

Where love can wander free.

With swaying palms and golden sands

That storms have never seen

With sun-kissed flowers of rainbow’s shade

And wondrous fields of green.

Where words are heard upon the breeze

So soft and sweet and true,

And here I’ll stay, with your consent

Upon the Isle of you.

Pray rest your hands upon my chest

And know this heart is yours,

For you and I are all alone

Upon these golden shores.

I’ll hold you close and whisper words

So soft and sweet and true,

And you may hold my heart, my soul

And know that I love you.
